This notice explains what information Permitdeny Limited (“Permitdeny”, “we”) collects through permitdeny.com, why it is collected and how you can contact us about it. Permitdeny Limited is a private limited company with its corporate office at Building #39 (5th Floor-C5), Road #20, New Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka 1206, Bangladesh.
Information you send us
When you submit the inquiry form we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your organization and phone number, if you provide them;
- the service you are interested in and the message you write;
- your confirmation that we may use these details to respond to you.
Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the message.
How we use it
We use these details only to read and respond to your inquiry, to discuss the services you asked about and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing, and the website does not offer a newsletter.
Technical information
To deliver the website and protect the inquiry form from abuse, the web server processes technical data such as your IP address, browser details and the time of each request. The form uses a short-lived security cookie that links your browser session to a one-time form token; it is not used for tracking. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The form also limits how many requests a single connection can make in a short period. For this purpose the server stores a hashed form of your IP address with the times of recent requests; these records are removed by routine clean-up after the limit period has passed.
Sharing
Inquiries are transmitted by email through our hosting and email service providers, who process the data on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, after which it is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@permitdeny.com or calling +88 02 9836262.
